§ 311-21. Nondistrict wastewater.

No person shall discharge waste other than from premises within the boundaries of Sanitary Sewer District No. 1 which are the source of such waste, except in the discretion of the Sewer Administrator and village and on terms and conditions, including fees, established by the Sewer Administrator and village.
