§ 311-52. Violations and penalties.

  • Any person committing a violation of § 311-18 or 311-19 of this chapter or any person who shall continue or fail to satisfactorily correct any violation within the time limit set forth in the notice provided for in § 311-51 above shall be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 and shall be subject to the regulatory actions provided for in Article V of this chapter. Each day in which any violation of § 311-18 or 311-19 shall continue shall be deemed a separate violation. The failure to satisfactorily correct or discontinue any violation contained in each notice service pursuant to § 311-51 hereof, whether for the same or different violation, shall constitute a separate violation.
