§ 450-65. Design standards.

A.
Dimensions of required off-street parking areas shall be in accordance with the accompanying chart, Typical Parking Lot Layout.

B.
All off-street parking, loading and stacking facilities shall be considered automotive use areas and subject to site plan review; see § 450-35 above and Article XII below.

C.
Open off-street parking shall not be permitted within 10 feet of a street line.

D.
No nonresidential off-street parking shall be permitted within 10 feet of a lot in any R District.
